Hi Reader!

Years ago, I went on a mission to find “the ultimate” bike storage solution.

I eventually landed on this rail+hook arrangement that accommodated all 5 of our family bikes. And at first, I was smitten.

Toppled bikes in a pile in the middle of the garage? Nope!

Bikes taking up precious floor space? Nope!

Bikes easy to get down and put back up? Nope…not at all!

Eventually, the bikes no longer made it up on the wall and were back on the garage floor…all.the.time.

So when we moved into our latest rental, we pivoted and landed on not one but two different bike storage options.

And they are both working so much better than anything we tried before!

Sneak Peek

When we moved into this latest rental, there was no space for an expansive craft room - like I'd had in the previous 5 homes! Ultimately, I had to condense my craft "room" down into a single shelf. Next week, I'll share why (and how!) I pulled it off!

Behind the Scenes

This week, I was reminded (yet again!) that you should *never* buy a light fixture without checking other sites first.

The exact same light fixtures (sometimes under a different name) are often carried by multiple retailers (Amazon, Wayfair, Target, The Home Depot, and MORE!) BUT usually at all different price points.

The light I wanted was $800 on Wayfair and $250 at The Home Depot. I bet you can guess where I purchased it from ;)
